Each child clasped onto their very own $1 bill, surveying the stocked supermarket shelves in search of the perfect item they most wanted to give to a hungry family this holiday season.

After a township ordinance requiring residential developers to provide recreational and open space land in their developments was rejected by an appellate court judge's ruling last year, Jackson officials are pleased to learn that the New Jersey Supreme Court has agreed to hear the township's appeal of the judge's verdict.
