Dog Walk For Cancer To Be Held
OCEAN COUNTY - The Fifth Annual Dog Walk for Cancer will be held at Ocean County Park, Rt. 88, Lakewood, on September 7 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. (Rain date is September 14.) The event will feature a gift auction, agility lessons, face painting, chiropractor magician, dog kissing booth, pet portraits, animal communicator, obedience games, massage and Reiki for people and dogs, refreshments and vendors, dog and non-dog related.
There is a minimum donation of $10, so ask friends and family to sponsor you and your dog. A special prize will be given to the person who raises the most money. You do not need to have a dog to participate in the walk. Proceeds will benefit Citta Regional Cancer Center and Community Medical Center programs.
The event is sponsored by Bright and Beautiful Therapy Dogs and Kindred Souls Canine Training Center.
