Car Wash Cleans Up For Education Foundation

     Wet sponges and soapy suds helped soak up the money for the Jackson Education Foundation (JEF). The volunteer car wash held recently by volunteers both young and old throughout the community raised $268 for the JEF while bringing a smile to motorists seeing a bright new shine to their automobiles.

Police & Firemen Will Battle On Gridiron To Raise Money For Sick Girl

     The third annual Jackson Bowl flag football game between the town's police and firefighters will kickoff on Saturday, October 28. This year, the big game will be for one special little 9-year old girl from the St. Aloysius School, Courtney Hughes, who has been diagnosed with cancer.
